When and how will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Customers will be notified if there are any changes to the original order. International customers may be required to approve additional shipping charges if applicable. Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS Ground unless there is a special request by the customer. International orders ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3 business days but it could take up to 5 business days.  International order can take up to two weeks.

How do I track my order?

There is a “Track Your Order” option on our website on the top of every page.  All you need is your order ID and order email address.

What is your Return and Warranty Policy?

We only offer store credit and we must be notified within 15 days of the original purchase. Store credit will be for the item/items and will not include shipping charges. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders not accepted or denied by customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will automatically bill the customer credit card. If the item is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item. We must receive notice of damaged or defective merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
