Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Customers will be notified if there are any changes to the original order. International customers may be required to approve additional shipping charges if applicable.
Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS Ground unless there is a special request by the customer. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless there is a special request by the customer.
Return Policy
We only offer store credit and we must be notified within 15 days of the original purchase. Store credit will be for the item/items and will not include shipping charges.
Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders not accepted or denied by customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will automatically bill the customer credit card.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item. We must receive notice of damaged or defective merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
